Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust had imported Educational and Health kits for small children from USA

At an impressive function in Surat during October 2007 a total of 17,000 kits were distributed amongst poor school children. This would not only help them at school but also create an awareness in respect of personal hygiene and thus help in maintaining good health

Another 2000 kits were sent to Dharamsala, the land of His Holiness the Dalai Lama where they were distributed amongst Tibetan school children in the Himalayan mountains border areas -a gesture appreciated by one and all.

A project just completed is of having conducted audiology tests and distribution of appropriate hearing aids to 1000 poor hearing impaired children in and around the city of Mumbai

In association with the Department of Education, Government of Gujarat the trust is organizing camps for disabled school and non-school going children in 9 districts of Gujarat during December 2007-January 2008. This is the last phase of the mega project which has covered school and non-school going children in the 6 to 14 years age group in all the 25 districts of Gujarat.
